The first Crispers restaurant opened in South Lakeland in 1989, and a
second location opened in downtown Lakeland in 1997. Our unique, garden-fresh
gourmet salads, hearty sandwiches, and delicious soups have won us many
friends. How popular is Crispers? Well, some families dine with us three
and four times a week.
We took the name Crispers from a piece of restaurant
equipment that keeps lettuce fresh and crisp, which kind of sums up
how we feel about
what we do. We believe in serving interesting, delicious food,
and in keeping everything fresh, affordable, and convenient.
The Crispers senior management team has over 40 years experience in
upscale restaurant food service, and everything we do is based on a few
